    The Copernicus Event is scheduled from January 09 to 13, and hotel bookings have been arranged for these dates. Airport transfers will be available hourly on January 09th from 8 am to 8 pm. On January 13th, participants will be transported to the airport following the award ceremony at 1 pm. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly, and we look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event!

  • If you plan to arrive before January 9 or depart after January 13, you have the option to book accommodation with an additional fee of $150 per room per night, subject to availability. For transportation needs outside the designated airport transfer schedule on January 9, we recommend arranging an Uber or contacting our partner travel agency at +1 (551) 998-4070.
